It's back

I woke up Saturday morning with the immediate thought of "I need to go to the gym. Now. For a long time." Biking socially was fine, but the work out compulsion is back and running is the exercise that fills the need. Two hours on the bike is less beneficial than 20 minutes running when it comes to endorphins. I'm going to be crawling the walls until April 11. I better get running clearance that day or I don't know what I'm going to do! Moderation is a problem as well because I'm not going to want to start with running 60 seconds. I want to dive right back into 3 miles on the first day.
