A Sunday to Savor

The Hansons program starts out "easy" enough. The first month has me running five days a week, then weeks six through eighteen jump to six days. This is the last week of five days, the last week without tempo runs, the last week without speed workouts, my last Sunday to do nothing until May 10. So glad it's a no-run day!!! :)

The plan is to go to Kroger and do all my cooking for the week, then lay down on the couch with my kitty on my belly and watch something. Something good, something bad, it doesn't matter. Today is the day to savor :)
